Scoring & Rosters

Standard ESPN scoring with decimal scoring for yards, full PPR, and no negative scoring.
Starters: 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 FLEX (RB/WR/TE), and 1 Super FLEX (QB/RB/WR/TE).
Seven bench spots with no positional restrictions; up to three IR spots for players ruled Out only.

Contracts & Salaries

$200 auction budget and a two-year maximum contract.
After a contract expires, a player may be released or franchised for up to two years. One franchise player is allowed each year.
First franchise year: +$7, minimum $25. Second franchise year: +$10, minimum $50.
Annual escalators: $1–6 +$5; $7–14 +$4; $15–25 +$3; $26–30 +$2; $31–40 +$1; $41+ +$0.
Maximum of 10 allocated contract years in every year.

Cap, Cuts & Pickups

Auction values remain with a player until he is cut.
Teams may exceed the cap during the season, but crossing $220 triggers a $10 luxury tax to the Empire Pot.
A cut carries a cap hit of 50% of salary for each remaining contract year, rounded up. Remaining years do not count against the 10-year limit.
FAAB pickups are $0 in-season; their following-year keeper value equals FAAB spent, with a $10 minimum.
FAAB priority goes to the team with the worst record. Teams may trade up to 10% of next year's auction budget.

Auction Reallocations

All drafts after 2014 are live auctions with annual dollar reallocations.
Positive allocations begin with the toilet-bowl winner, then eligible non-champions by finish; negative allocations begin with the prior champion and then stronger prior finishes.
Annual reallocations net to zero across the league.

Fees & Empire Pot

League fee: $150 per team annually; 50% is contributed to the Empire Pot.
The first team to win two championships earns the Empire Pot.
Annual payouts: playoff champion $400, runner-up $150, and regular-season champion $200.

Conduct & Amendments

Teams may act in their own best interest, including resting starters, but must field a complete active roster.
Collusion, real-world compensation, and agreements to split winnings are prohibited. The Empire Pot penalty applies to collusion violations.
Offseason amendments may pass by a 6–4 vote. In-season changes are avoided and require an 8–2 vote.

Contingency: Season Interruption

If a season ends after seven but before 13 completed weeks, no championship is awarded; regular-season money goes to the leader, and Empire/playoff money rolls forward.
If a season ends after Week 13, no championship is awarded; regular-season money goes to the regular-season champion, and playoff money is split among teams not eliminated.
If a season ends before seven completed weeks, no championship or regular-season payout is awarded; the money rolls into the following year's entry fee. Keeper rules remain unchanged in every contingency.
